Events at the Hitscherhof

Autumn time / pumpkin time 2024

Current: The season is over.

Tuesday to Friday without catering

The farm store with the large warehouse sale is open every day except Mondays. More info under FARMERS OUTLET.

Every weekend we offer a varied culinary selection of food and drinks. Due to building restrictions, this year we can only offer seating in the outdoor area (under umbrellas or small tents). Camp sale – children’s attractions – beer garden – outdoor seating only

Opening hours on Saturday and Sunday are from 1 to 6 pm.

Special opening days with outdoor catering: Thursday, 03.10.24 – Day of German Unity, from 1 – 6 pm Friday, 04.10.24 – Bridge Day, from 1 – 6 pm Monday, 14.10.24 – Columbusday (American holiday), from 1 – 6 pm

Children’s attractions: Labyrinth in the cornfield, straw castle under the tent, bouncy castle in the dry

In the large warehouse sale there are many products around the pumpkin.

To round out the pumpkin season, specialties related to pumpkins will be offered.

Here we offer the pumpkin soup freshly cooked from the field kitchen.

Pumpkin sausages, pithy or with chili, are offered as a hearty option, as well as the popular pumpkin seed waffles as a sweet snack.

Change for 2024: The three-course menu is no longer available.

As a replacement we offer changing pumpkin dishes (spoon dishes) at lunchtime from 1 – 4 pm (while stocks last).

The following pumpkin-based delicacies are planned:

Stuffed pasta with pumpkin

Currywurst pan spicy with pumpkin Surprise pan

Venison goulash with pumpkin

Asian chicken stir-fry with pumpkin

Pumpkin and basil pan

Hungarian pumpkin and beef goulash – sold out –

We always announce the respective pumpkin specialty in the current week.

Parking lot:

Please follow the parking lot guidance system.

Parking in the courtyard is restricted (Mon. – Fri.).

Parking fees:

Mon. – Fri.: free of charge

Sat. + Sun.
+ special opening days: chargeable, 3 Euro daily fee (for the parking lot service)

Maze in the Corn field

Current: The labyrinth is closed.

Maze – Straw castle – Bouncy castle:

Registration through the farm store is mandatory.

All customers of the farm store and guests who use the culinary offer in the barn pay a flat rate of 3.00 euros per person.

We are happy to accept group registrations from the end of August 2024 (children’s birthday parties, school excursions, kindergarten trips, other group visits). A fee of 6.00 euros for adults and 4.00 euros for children up to the age of 16 is payable for a visit to the attractions alone.
